Norah de Bekker
COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
With a diverse background in sales, marketing, and business management, Norah has a creative and resourceful mind that ensures dynamic but practical design solutions throughout the life of a project. She led the development of the fixed installation division at XL Video in 2009 and began to grow the market for LED in the built environment. In 2012 she co-founded and served as the Director of Sales at IC Technologies, a fixed installation creative LED manufacturing company.
As a co-founder at 5TEN, Norah manages the relationships with clients, suppliers and partners. Her focus is to clearly define and communicate all financial and commercial aspects of a project. Additionally, she supports any operational and logistical challenges encountered to ensure the expected results. Her open communication style and decades of experience in LED technology provides the stable foundation that is required to successfully execute a custom LED project. Norah is the engine that pushes 5TEN to constantly innovate and take a leading role in solving the most complex challenges of our industry.
Ben Price
DESIGN ENGINEERING DIRECTOR
Ben has over 15 years experience developing solutions to complex design challenges in the entertainment industry and the built environment. Prior to co-founding 5TEN he was Director of Operations at Briqks, LLC. where he led a team developing a mechanical platform for creative modular tiling systems working within LED video, lighting, and solar industries. Before that, he worked as lead project manager for IC Technologies. While there he oversaw the design, R&D, and engineering for some of the world’s largest creative LED projects. Previously he spent over a decade in the concert touring & events industries delivering custom video, scenic, and lighting designs.
Ben’s unique blend of skills and experience are a key part of the alchemy found at 5TEN. Utilizing his wealth of CAD experience, advanced modular geometric and mechanical design knowledge, electrical and electronic engineering experience and deep knowledge and relationships in manufacturing and supply chains abroad, Ben directs the product design engineering teams at 5TEN.
